Paper and cardboard separation plants

Papier Kartonagetrennung Plant description
The STADLER ballistic separator especially developed for the paper and cardboard separation has become an important innovation within this field. Due to it’s versatility the aggregate is to be optimally adaptable to the input material. The output qualities are excellent. The mechanical presorting of paper, paperboard and cardboard leads to significant facilitation of work for the sorting personel and huge throughput quantities.

The continuous charge of the ballistic separator by a special feed-dosing unit with stockage, guarantees a smooth operation and optimises the material flow and loading activities.

In addition to the mechanical presorting of the input material we nowadays implant top modern optical identification systems producing excellent waste paper qualities by automatical image analysis. Powerful suction and dedusting systems ensure better working conditions for the staff.

Conceptual reasons

Innovativ sorting systems produce premium secondary raw materials, which can be brought to the recycling market. Packages made of paper, cardboard and paperboard have a 40 % market share of the total packaging industrie in Germany. These packages are almost 100% made of used paper.
